The next rank costs baseCost x (its rank) x (1 + 0.1 x every rank you own of any Power Up), rounded down: every rank you own anywhere makes everything 10% pricier.
The costs below are each rank's price when you own no other Power Up. All 19 Power Ups have 55 ranks between them.
